1 cup of honey
1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest
Tea Bags
Glass Jar with Lid
Cutting Board
Measuring Cups

How to prepare:

You should wash the lemon well before grating the zest to prevent bacteria from entering the honey. Then, place the lemon zest inside a tea bag. This will allow the honey to soak in the aromatic flavors. If you want to boost the flavor, you can also add a few slices of lemon.

Next, set up your double boil and pour the honey into it. Add the lemon tea bag to the honey and heat the honey until it reaches a temperature of 185 degrees F. Let it steep at this temperature for 10 minutes. Then, transfer the honey from the boiler to a bowl. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes then remove the bag from the honey. Pour the honey into a sterilized jar and screw on the lid. You should consume the honey within 4-5 days.

Cinnamon-Honey Infusion

This cinnamon-honey infusion is extremely healthy because cinnamon is abundant with antioxidants. This super-healthy honey infusion can even be spread on toast. According to recent studies, this infusion can be used for treating a number of health problems including diabetes, Alzheimer’s, Toenail Fungus, Parkinson’s stomach flu, and Candida. 1 cup of honey
1 tablespoon of fresh ginger root, peeled and julienned

How to prepare:

You should pour the honey into a double boiler and add the ginger. Heat the honey until it reaches a temperature of 185 degrees F. Let it steep at this temperature for 10 minutes. Then, remove it from the heat and leave it to cool for 10 minutes. You can strain the infusion immediately or leave it for 2 weeks in a glass jar with a tightly fastened lid. However, it is recommended to consume the honey within 4-5 days.

Clove-Honey

Many experts claim that cloves have an ability to reduce toothaches. You should place a few cloves in your mouth and moisten them with saliva until they soften. Then, gently grind the cloves between your non-painful molars so you can release their pain-relieving oil. The honey, on the other hand, is used to keep the bad bacteria out.

Ingredients:

1 cup of honey
7 whole cloves

How to prepare:

Pour the honey into a double boiler, add the cloves into it and heat the mixture until it reaches a temperature of 185 degrees F. Let it infuse for 2 hours. In a case you want to infuse it longer, you can do so for 4-5 weeks. Next, you should strain the mixture and place it in an airtight container. Consume it within 4-5 days.

Apple Cider Vinegar-Honey Infusion

Apple cider vinegar is another ingredient that can be combined with honey. It has the ability to neutralize the body’s pH and can help in the treatment of a sore throat and upset stomach.

The only downside of the ACV-honey infusion is that it is not as sweet as the others.

Ingredients:

1 cup of honey
3 tablespoons of ACV

How to prepare:

Pour the apple cider vinegar into a saucepan and add the honey. Place on low heat for 10 minutes, stirring thoroughly. Then, pour the mixture into a glass jar and let it sit for 2 hours. You should consume within 4-5 days.

Storage

You should store the mixtures in a cool place. They shouldn’t be exposed to direct sunlight. Also, make sure that the jars are tightly covered!
